NSCC-SAP was designed and developed to provide working families in the Petersburg area with a reputable licensed exempt school age program.  Our after-school care and summer programs are housed in the PORTA Central building, located at 1500 Owen Ave, Petersburg, where children in grades 3rd through 6th grade attend school for PORTA #202.  NSCC-SAP is dedicated to providing high quality care that ensures a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care by mixing a healthy balance of structure, creativity and independence!  This program provides care to children in kindergarten through 6th grade.
